Overall rooms were reasonably spacious and spotless and had Wi-Fi, a TV set, and a hair dryer. Central location close enough to sea, turtles & black tip reef sharks and all the wildlife, it was in a good area.

It has unbeatable location for visiting Turtle Beach. The room is tidy and the bed is lovely.

This hotel was safe and perfect in every respect, had outstandingly accommodating stuff from senior management down. The superior room was huge, had coffee, effective air conditioning, and a superb balcony.

The offered breakfast was generous and rich with extremely delicious food. The staff were all superfriendly, outstandingly accommodating. The location was amazing as for me, just next door to the Crab restaurant, lobster and crabs as well as the south coast of Sri Lanka & Hikka Tranz.

Wonderful relaxing and fairly clean place, relaxing view of the sea. Easy enough to find, in the middle of Hikkaduwa. The restaurant was wonderful, with the staff at the main restaurant.

The location was good and unbeatable close to the beach. You could walk to a market and shops. We ate at a good restaurant for the breakfast.

The restaurant here was cheap for lunch and dinner, we both ordered delicious dishes. In general the staff were superfriendly and outstandingly accommodating. The location in a very attractive area was amazing.

This was a wonderful stay for four nights. The morning breakfast was marvellous and delicious with fruits and a sri-lankan option, for example. The location of the property was marvellous, in most parts except for the ones in the "buffet " resturant. The place was well priced.

The room itself was stylish and reasonably large with twin beds. The location was magnificent and particularly good, next to super markets, train station and lot of pubs, the `` buffet '' resturant and shops and restaurants.

Very nice location, huge room, private terrace facing the ocean and sunset, beautiful pool, excellent buffet breakfast and dinner.

Excellent service from staff and very, very friendly and helpful. The breakfast and evening buffet were both very good with lots of choices and the service again excellent. The location and setting for the hotel is very nice and the view from our 3rd floor delux room balaony very good. Our kids really enjoyed the freedom to run around the hotel and gardens and the small beach. The pool is large and great fun and very clean and the gardens kept clean and in good order. All the staff could not have been more helpful. For a 4 star hotel the prices are very reasonable with lots of choice for wine and food. Good value for money for a short family holiday.

The evening entertainment was not really well organised and not very stimulating with no atmosphere and very few people attending in the evenings. Not a place to go to for evening fun. It's more for families and a quiet holiday. The triple delux room we had was too small really for a family of four - we should have taken a suite. The hotel is modern and refurbished very nicely but it could have been anywhere and is not a real 'Sri Lankan Experience'. The sea around the small beach is clean and clear but the coral has all been destroyed so the snorkelling is very poor. Not a good place for snorkelling. For scuba diving you will have to go to one of the diving facilities near to the hotel.
